Erin’s Law Foundation is a 501c3 and all donations are tax-deductible. Erin’s Law Foundation envisions a world where all children grow up free from child abuse of any kind. Our mission is to prevent child abuse by providing free prevention curriculum and resources for use in schools and community organizations nationwide. Erin’s Law Foundation creates and sustains free prevention education curriculum for children, as well as for teachers and parents.
This curriculum will be available not only throughout all 50 states, but worldwide as needed as well. Eventually will be translated into multiple languages. Erin’s Law Foundation also will provide educational and emotional support camps and scholarships for survivors. It is our goal to not only prevent child abuse but help survivors heal and thrive
“Ever since I passed Erin's Law in our first state, Illinois, in 2013, it has been my vision to also create a foundation to focus on prevention and education. This dream has come true and I cannot wait to provide prevention and education for our children on an even broader scale.”
- Erin’s Law 501(c)(4) lobbying will continue its work to pass this imperative body safety prevention education law for children in the remaining states yet to do so. Erins Law currently has passed 38 states, as well as in Kerala, India.
