On behalf of Erin’s Law Foundation, I would like to thank you for your generous donation. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue our mission. Your generous financial gift will go towards helping to create the curriculum to teach and empower kids to speak up and tell a trusted adult when they are being abused. With 1 in 10 children being sexually abused by the age of 18, it is critical we give them the tools to tell and path to healing. We encourage you to ask your friends and family to donate too.
For 14 years Erin has traveled across America testifying to pass Erin’s Law. The law that requires personal body safety education is taught every year in school. Giving kids the voice Erin never had when two men threatened her to keep her abuse a secret so she did. To date Erin’s Law has been passed in 38 states and Kerala, India. Erin always had a dream when she began this crusade and that was to create her own curriculum to teach it. One of the biggest challenges passing the law is it being an unfunded mandate. Some organizations charge districts thousands of dollars to purchase their prevention curriculum. Erin is now turning her dream into a reality by creating the Erin’s Law Foundation. Erin’s Law Foundation will be creating the curriculum for K-12th grade on personal body safety and it will come at no cost to schools or organizations that want to use it. Erin’s Law Foundation will be offering college scholarships to child abuse survivors. Creating camps for kids who have been abused. Running survivor retreats and so much more. Erin cannot make this dream a reality without the support of others donating to her mission.
